Who is ready for some Husker tailgating?!?!

So we open as number 8 in the AP ranks. We've got the hype but can we produce?

This off-season has really flew by and here we are with only a few weeks left before the 2010 season kicks off. As usual, we're scrambling with some last minute updates, changes to finish before we're ready to go.

We are amped up to start this season. Nebraska is finally getting some good press. We have a good feeling about this season. Hopefully, the team is using all the close losses last year as major motivation.

We will be tailgating in the same location in Lot 7 that we've been at since 2005. This year we'll have some major additions to the tailgating experience. Two worth noting right now are 1) a bigger 42" LCD will grace the side of the ambulance while the 27" will get moved somewhere else and 2) we'll have our own private, personal port-a-potty in our spot. This will be a very welcome addition especially during those peak hours right before kickoff when the lines can get kind of long.

We hope to see everyone at the first Big Red Meat Wagon Husker tailgate of the 2010 season when we take on the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. What the heck is a Hilltopper?

We are tailgating for the Spring Game this year!! We will be setup in Lot 7 by 9:00am so stop on down before, during and after the game. This year we are testing out a new location in Lot 7 to see if it'll work out for the 2010 season. We'll be under the same bridge, same row/side only we'll be closer to the stadium side entrance. Just look for our inflatable Bud Light bottle. If you can't find us, just give one of us a call.

This tailgate we'll have burgers, hot dogs, cheese dip, bbq meatballs, stretcher shots and assorted kid friendly and adult beverages. Stop on down before, during and after the game. The weather sounds like it'll be in the upper 60's to almost 70 so it should be a perfect day to watch the Huskers and for a party in the parking lot!!
